B.Y.O.C. offers a full line of guitar FX that are based on some of the most famous circuits ever and use top shelf components to provide you with great sounding boutique quality pedals that are not only fun to build, but will save you money too.

Even though the kits are fun to build, You have ended up here at this webpage because you would prefer that our tech do the soldering for you. There is no shame in that :-) Myself, I can't solder to save my life. Luckily, I know a guy named Brian, who is an expert with the soldering iron. You can click here to see Brian's Bio.

A truly unique, high quality, True Bypass Graphic Equalizer that answers the needs of guitarists that all other graphic EQ offerings have overlooked. The first thing you'll notice about the B.Y.O.C. 10-Band EQ is that it is a rugged handmade effect in a small package with both input and ouput level controls. Not only does it take up less space than other EQ's with this many bands, but it also has all the features you'd expect from a fine handcrafted pedal like panel mounted Neutrik jacks, true-mechanical bypass, immaculate wiring and roadworthy construction. And when you plug it in, you'll notice what really sets the B.Y.O.C. 10-Band EQ apart from other graphic EQ's. - its tone! It uses two special chips that were designed specifically for use in high fidelity stereo equalizers. Most other graphic EQ's have half a dozen active semi-conductors or more. The B.Y.O.C. 10-Band EQ only uses 2 active semi-conductors. All other components are passive. So what does this mean? For starters, the lower parts count is part of the reason we can fit all these features in such a small box and not use any cheap surface mount components. It also means that because your signal has to go through fewer active components, there is much less noise, tons of headroom, and the natural qualities of your original tone remain in tact. The B.Y.O.C. 10-Band EQ does what an EQ is supposed to do and nothing else: It allows you to adjust a wide range of frequencies without coloring your tone. Your Tele still sounds like a Tele. Your Strat still sounds like a Strat. Your Les Paul still sounds like a Les Paul. Only now you have the ability to blend perfectly into any mix and shape your tone anyway you want.

* Pre-built pedals are warranted against failures due to defective parts or faulty workmanship for a period of 1 year after purchase by the original owner. During this warranty period, we will make any necessary repairs without charge for parts and labor. However, shipping charges to and from the repair location must be paid by the owner. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident or misuse. Any tampering, unauthorized service or modifications will render the warranty void.
