  • Subdecay M3 Guitar Synthesizer has landed here!

    15 October 2019

Brian from Subdecay has really outdone himself on this one. As a long-term master translator of the world of synth to pedals, Brian's design work with the M3 is simply stellar. His deep explorations of analog synth and his vast experience with those sounds and features have created an unparalleled mono synth experience in pedal form that can be applied to a broad reach of instruments. Especially critical to guitarists and bassists, the tracking on the M3 is EXCELLENT. 3 digitally controlled analog oscillators deliver a broad panel of classic analog synth sounds: strings, bass, bell-like tones and more. With 11 Algorithms and unique parameter sets for each mode, the M3 is extensive in its sonic reach. The M3 is a standout product not only for Subdecay but for the sub-category of "Synth Pedals”.    Pricing and details are here.  Please click here to click out the various Video demos of the pedal.

  • Foxgear Pedals

    9 October 2019

Gurus Amps and Baroni-Lab joined forces to create Foxgear, a brand aimed at the entry-level of the boutique market. The Professional Compact Series offers mini pedals at affordable prices.

People typically fear that smaller, less expensive pedals aren't reliable and sound bad. Foxgear's answer to such concerns is to offer a 5-year warranty. These pedals are used by big artists like Pink Floyd’s Guy Pratt and Steve Lukather.

    Features:

    • Smart dimensions: The pedals from the Foxgear Professional Compact series measure only 2.3” x 4.7” x 1.1”, and thanks to their top-mounted jacks, they can easily fit in any pedalboard. You can fit four Foxgear pedals in the same space normally needed for three of the other manufacturer’s micro-pedals.
    • Quality: Foxgear pedals are constructed without using SMD components in the audio path, with analog design, and high-quality components like Wima capacitors, real Alpha 16mm pots, non-plastic trimmers, and a true bypass circuit that includes Panasonic golden pin relays. That’s why all Foxgear pedals are easily covered with a full 5-year warranty!
    • Sound: Foxgear pay a great deal of attention to sound; tone is everything. Generally, it is a rarity to see a micro pedal in a pro’s pedalboard. That is changing as the world wakes up to discover the tone quality of the new Foxgear Professional Compact series pedals.
    • Look: The Foxgear Compact series is constructed with a completely screw-free housing. Additionally, the look is enhanced by the utilization of an acrylic faceplate that lights up with a pleasant warm-glow once connected to power a pure piece of art in an attractive, yet sturdy housing.

  • Greer Gorilla Warfare MKII is the Rodentish thing that you need...

    10 September 2019

Greer’s long awaited update to one of his best distortion circuits has arrived.

The Gorilla Warfare MkII is an angry, aggressive, larger-than-life and not-holding-back version of the old familiar RAT circuit, complete with the good old LM308 chip.  This beast is powered by the same vintage chip that sparked folklore galore back in the day. Greer updated a few things, including the quality of the components used in the circuit, and you know that old Filter knob? Well, they turned it into a Tone control. It covers the exact same territory the original Filter control did, but…when you turn it up, you get more treble! AMAZING, I know! This beast is ready to melt rigs, rip faces off, and go to war. If you’re ready to try to tame this beast, step on up. If you’re ready to rock out, spit fire, and roast your ear holes, the Gorilla Warfare MKII is just what you need.

  • Alexander Pedals Marshmallow in Stock!!

    10 September 2019

Alexander’s latest amazing pedal has arrived and it is fairly insane and endlessly musical.  At its heart, Marshmallow is a pair of pitch shifters that combine and modulate in interesting ways with a variety of magic tricks.  Want smooth chorus?  No problem.  How about juicy organ tones?  Yup.  Maybe you want your stuff to sound like a cat on helium?  Yes, it will do that too.  Basically, Marshmallow is a quick way to start at normal and end up at “what was that?!”

    Check it out here.

  • New Fuzzrocious pedals!!!!

    30 March 2019

3, count them! 3 new pedals from our buds at Fuzzrocious!!

    1) KNOB JAWN is the first pedal on the market (that we know of) that has BOTH analog and digital octaving in a single enclosure. This means that the user is able to have a monophonic, dirty analog octave up and polyphonic, cleaner digital octave up and down!

    2) BABY FURNACE is the mini version touting just the ripping, gated fuzz section of the BLAST FURNACE.

    3) Playing Mantis is the perfect pedal for players who enjoy standing out from the crowd. You will not sound like anyone else because this pedal is special.

  • Caroline Guitar Company Hawaiian Pizzas have arrived hot and ready!!

    18 January 2019

At this advanced age (lolz), I am likely one of the most critical ears there is when it comes to evaluating fuzz pedals. Don't get me wrong, i love fuzz with some passion, but I am admittedly non-plussed by the a lot of the boutique 3-knob fuzzes that are carbon copy clones of vintage fuzzes that many lesser companies, that we tend to avoid dealing with, churn out.  CGC is not one of those companies and The Hawaiian Pizza is not one of those pedals.  It is a glorious thing.  Harmonically rich beyond what you might think is even possible. In a nutshell, i love it.  Check out the demo:

and this demo as well if you want a different take on it.

  • New Beetronics pedals have landed!

    13 October 2018

...and the buzz is well deserved :)

The Royal Jelly is an overdrive/fuzz blender like no other pedal. It can cover any ground from overdrive to fuzz, running two circuits in parallel and giving you the possibility of blending it or having them separately.

The Buzzter is a boost/preamp with two output presets. For those times when you need more than just one step up, this pedal allows you to set 3 different stages levels, having your clean tone and two steps up from that.

As with all of the Beetronics stuff, these pedals are extraordinarily musical.
